This Wellness Plan is specific to patients who are not coming in for acupuncture or who are non-local to the practice.

$95 per month, automatically billed to your card on file on the 1st of the month, includes:

Free shipping on refills, one shipment per month.

Weekly check-in calls with our clinical director, must be scheduled directly with Kelly.

One follow-up telemedicine session with Dr. Cassone.

Overview:
- No contract, cancel anytime (cancellation must be prior to the next billing date by email, there are no refunds) 
- There are no cancellation fees for missing your scheduled weekly call or your scheduled follow-up telemedicine session. We must have at least 24 hours notice to make a change to your appointment or it will count as your included session and your rescheduled appointment will be at the regular rate.
- Missed treatments do not "roll over;" if you fail to schedule you do not get an extra treatment the following month.

- Be on time for your scheduled appointments, if you are late it may count as a missed session.
