Dyspepsia, commonly referred to as indigestion, is a condition of impaired digestion. When digestion is compromised irritation may occur throughout the gastrointestinal tract.
Symptoms:
bloating
gas
acid reflux
burping
loose stool and/or constipation
stomach/abdominal pain
Advanced Symptoms:
IBS (irritable bowel syndrome)
IBD (ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease)
diverticulitis
gastritis
ulcer
recurring urinary tract infections or yeast infections
candida overgrowth
Leaky Gut Syndrome:
The intestines allow for nutrients to be taken into the blood stream while separating and eliminating waste. When this function is compromised from chronic irritation and inflammation then unseparated toxic elements increase in the blood creating a burden on the liver to filter out the extra contaminants. At the same time assimilation of nutrients is poor leading to a malnourished state.
Symptoms of Leaky Gut:
headache
allergies
sinus congestion
skin irritations/rashes
acne, breast tenderness
pms symptoms
low energy
low immune function
hair falling out
asthma
joint pain/arthritis
If you have these symptoms, consult your physician.
