Is there such a thing as too much coffee??
Consumption of more than 250 mg per day can lead to a condition known as caffeinism.[1]
Symptoms:
➤ nervousness
➤ irritability
➤ restlessness
➤ insomnia
➤ headaches
➤ heart palpitations
Note: an average 8 oz. cup of coffee contains approximately 95 mg of caffeine.
