I haven’t used these noodles in a long time and recently just started using them again. Although they aren’t real pasta, the texture and shape is satisfying and at the same time filling. The best part is they are ultra low in calories and carbs.
This is quick to make:
one bag Miracle Noodle
4 pre-cooked chicken skewers (Costco)
2 tbsp peanut butter powder
2 ounce-ish soy sauce
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp sesame oil
green onions
shredded carrots
topped with sesame seeds
