PUMPKIN SPICE SMOOTHIE 1/2 cup pumpkin (canned or freshly cooked) 1/2 frozen banana 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk 2 scoops Cleanse (protein plus metabolic detox) 2 scoops Nourish (protein plus power nutrients) 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Blend and enjoy!

The best way to take the Nourish/Cleanse shake mix is by adding it to water without any additional ingredients. Shake recipes are an option for those needing more variety however, the less ingredients added the better.
