1 cup corn from the cobb
1 teaspoon ginger
2 scoops Cleanse (protein plus metabolic detox) 2 scoops Nourish (protein plus power nutrients)
6-8 oz. of water or coconut water
When I peel the citrus, I use a knife to cut a thin layer leaving as much of the pericarp (white layer) as possible.
Amounts of ingredients will vary depending on how sweet or sour you like your smoothies (more apple, corn, and orange will sweeten it while more lemon and grapefruit will sour it).
Add water, blend, and enjoy!
The best way to take the Nourish/Cleanse shake mix is by adding it to water without any additional ingredients. Shake recipes are an option for those needing more variety however, the less ingredients added the better.
