1 cup corn from the cobb
1 teaspoon ginger
2 scoops SP Complete (optional; if you skip this powder then consider adding 1/2 cup of spinach or kale to balance the sweetness of the other ingredients)
6-8 oz. of water or coconut water
When I peel the citrus, I use a knife to cut a thin layer leaving as much of the pericarp (white layer) as possible.
Amounts of ingredients will vary depending on how sweet or sour you like your smoothies (more apple, corn, and orange will sweeten it while more lemon and grapefruit will sour it).
Add water, blend, and enjoy!
