Gallbladder & Gut Health Smoothie

Smoothies are a great way to get concentrations of nutrients into the body without creating an extra burden on the digestive system. This smoothie is especially beneficial to the gallbladder due to its content of beets.

Beets are great for decongesting the biliary ducts (gallbladder pathways).

Cabbage contains Vitamin U (not a real vitamin but a reference to elements that repair the mucosal lining of the intestines).


  • beets

  • cabbage (red or green)

  • lime

  • apple

  • carrot

  • basil

  • ginger

  • 2 scoops Cleanse (protein plus metabolic detox) 2 scoops Nourish (protein plus power nutrients)

Amounts of ingredients will vary depending on which flavors you want to stand out.

Add water, blend, and enjoy!

The best way to take the Nourish/Cleanse shake mix is by adding it to water without any additional ingredients. Shake recipes are an option for those needing more variety however, the less ingredients added the better.
