Brussels Sprout Smoothie

The Brussels sprout is a member of the Gemmifera Group of cabbages (Brassica oleracea). They contain high amounts of vitamin C, folic acid, B6, vitamin K, and are loaded with minerals. The potential Anit-Cancer properties come from a compound within the isothiocyanate group of organosulfur compounds called sulforaphane. Since this valuable phytochemical can be destroyed with heat, smoothies are a great way to consume them.


  • Brussels sprouts

  • apple

  • tomato

  • carrot

  • corn from the cob

  • lime

  • ginger

  • 2 scoops Cleanse (protein plus metabolic detox) 2 scoops Nourish (protein plus power nutrients)

  • pinch of sea salt

Add water, blend, and enjoy!
