Parmesan Kale Chips

This deliscious snack will keep you lean, healthy, and satisfied. Kale provides vitamin A,vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin B6, folate and manganese. Kale is a good source of thiamin, riboflavin,pantothenic acid, vitamin E and several dietary minerals, including iron, calcium, potassium and phosphorus.


  • 3 pounds of kale

  • 4 tspn of extra virgin olive oil

  • 8 tpsn grated Parmesan cheese

  • sea salt


  • remove the stems from the kale

  • mix kale with ingredients and make sure the leaves are evenly coated

  • place kale on foil lined sheet pans

  • bake 275° until crisp (20-30 minutes)
