Start your day with this delicious smoothie!

Ingredients:

  • blueberries

  • hazelnuts

  • flax seeds

  • figs

  • 2 scoops Cleanse (protein plus metabolic detox) 2 scoops Nourish (protein plus power nutrients)


Put ingredients into high powered blender with some water and you're set! The amounts of ingredients used can be changed according to you taste preferences.
