Favorite Morning Smoothie

This is my favorite morning smoothie because it is quick and deliscious. It relies on SP Complete for the nutritional components so in this recipe SP Complete is not optional.


  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • cinnamon

  • vanilla extract

  • peanut butter

  • unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 scoops SP Complete

  • 2 scoops SP Whey Pro (optional)

  • stevia (optional)

I used the stevia years ago when I first eliminated sugar from my diet. After the first year I discovered that I no longer needed it. The banana is definitely enough to sweeten this smoothie and freezing it gives the smoothie a great texture.
