Morning Smoothie Two Packed and Ready for the Day Ingredients: ► 1 cup kale ► 1 grab parsley ► 1 tsp ginger ► 1 small apple ► 1/2 small lemon ► 1 tsp flax ► 2 scoops Cleanse (protein plus metabolic detox) 2 scoops Nourish (protein plus power nutrients) ► 1 celery stalk ► 1/4 cucumber I loaded them, capped them, and took them to the office yesterday. In between patients, I added water and blended them; quick and easy.
The best way to take the Nourish/Cleanse shake mix is by adding it to water without any additional ingredients. Shake recipes are an option for those needing more variety however, the less ingredients added the better.
