RESET Mug Muffin

This delicious low carb muffin makes for a quick and yummy snack or breakfast.
RECIPE:

Ingredients:
flax meal
butter
pumpkin pie spice
egg
baking powder
optional: berries, almond butter


1. crack one egg into a mug and beat

2. add 1 tbsp (or more) of butter

3. add one quarter cup of flax meal

4. add one quarter tsp of baking powder

5. add a few dashes of pumpkin spice or cinnamon

6. mix until evenly distributed

7. microwave on high for one minute

8. remove muffin from mug and onto plate

9. add butter, almond butter, or top with berries (berries can also be cooked into the muffin)
