
Sample Day (phase I):
Awaken: small portion of left over chicken (if hungry)
Breakfast: Nourish/Cleanse shake
10:30am: low carb bar (1/2 bar is fine)
Lunch: big salad with chicken
3:30pm: red bell pepper and piece of cheese
Dinner: garlic salmon with asparagus
Snack: handful of pistachios
All throughout the day: water and/or herbal tea
