Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

PUMPKIN SPICE SMOOTHIE

1/2 cup pumpkin (canned or freshly cooked)
1/2 frozen banana
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 scoops SP Complete
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

 

For additional protein and a boost in creaminess add 2 scoops of Whey Pro Complete.
