Citrus Apple Corn Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 grapefruit

  • 1/2 orange

  • 1/2 apple

  • 1 lemon

  • 1 cup corn from the cobb

  • 1 teaspoon ginger

  • 2 scoops Cleanse (protein plus metabolic detox)

  • 6-8 oz. of water or coconut water

When I peel the citrus, I use a knife to cut a thin layer leaving as much of the pericarp (white layer) as possible.

Amounts of ingredients will vary depending on how sweet or sour you like your smoothies (more apple, corn, and orange will sweeten it while more lemon and grapefruit will sour it).

Add water, blend, and enjoy!
