This is my favorite morning smoothie because it is quick and delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • cinnamon

  • vanilla extract

  • peanut butter

  • unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 scoops Cleanse (protein plus metabolic detox)
