We offer FREE email consultations for patients suffering acute cold and flu symptoms. This is acute care only and not for patients suffering chronic symptoms or lingering symptoms from CV-19 (in which case you will need a private session with Dr. Cassone at regular fees).
A lot that can be done to increase health and support the immune and cardiovascular systems. There are patterns, based on signs and symptoms, for which we have developed specific herbal and nutritional prescriptions.
WHAT TO DO:
Email Clinical Director (Kelly@CassoneWellness.com) with specific signs and symptoms (see list) and onset, what symptoms changed and when, and what is currently being experienced. Also include a list of medications or supplements, any tests taken with results, and any appointments with medical doctors (and what was diagnosed and prescribed) as well as what vaccines were given (including boosters).
The team (including Dr. Cassone) reviews each case and will make a supplement prescription which may include a customized herbal medicine formula (powdered).
Follow up email support is included until condition is resolved or unless other medical attention is needed.
If, at any time, a patient feels their life or health is in danger they must seek care from their M.D.
Signs and Symptoms List:
fever (high or low), chills, body aches, sweats, sore throat, swollen glands, shortness of breath, anxiety, fatigue, headache, heart palpitations, rapid heart beat, elevated blood pressure, ringing in the ears, sinus congestion, cough (dry, chesty, congested, any phlegm - color of phlegm), loss of taste or smell, changes in stool pattern (loose, foul, sticky, etc.), blurry vision, erectile quality changes, hair loss, foggy thinking, dizziness, pain (location)
PICK UP and SHIPPING:
Our lobby is open M-F 7am to 7pm and Saturdays 8am to 2pm. Prescriptions are filled (or refilled by request through Kelly) and placed in the lobby (first name/last initial).
We can ship prescriptions to non-local patients throughout the United States (shipping fees apply).
OFFICE = DISINFECTED
Our office is routinely disinfected. NO symptomatic patients are allowed.
