RESET Food Plan
I've seen so many versions of this recipe online. You can use any cheese or combination of cheese you like, seasonings of choice, and even add pepperoni if you want it pizza style. Here is the viral basic recipe.
Preheat oven to 400°F
On a parchment-lined baking sheet, spray with avocado spray
1/2 cup of shredded cheese (note, my edges got way browner than the rest, so next time I would make the edges have a bit more cheese)
1 onion sliced thin (I used a mandolin)
Seasonings of choice
Top with a little more cheese and bake 15-20 minutes
