This course is an Introduction to the RESET Food Plan for Beginners. It requires a 3 week commitment to a simple lowered carbohydrate style of eating. The plan starts the day you enroll in the course. The course is scheduled to release sections one day at a time for 3 weeks. PREREQUISITE: Before taking this course, you must first take the course called RESET Food Plan Preparation.
