Mocha Almond Smoothie
6-8 oz. unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp. Trader Joe's instant coffee
2 scoops Cleanse (protein plus metabolic detox) 2 scoops Nourish (protein plus power nutrients)
1 tsp unsweetened dark choc powder
1/2 tsp monkfruit non-sugar sweetener
1 tbsp. almond butter
pinch of shredded coconut (added after blending for garnish)
Blend and enjoy!
The best way to take the Nourish/Cleanse shake mix is by adding it to water without any additional ingredients. Shake recipes are an option for those needing more variety however, the less ingredients added the better.
